When you join our founding waitlist, we collect:

• Your first name and last name

• Your email address

• Your child's age band (for example, "6 to 12 months", or "Expecting"). We don't ask for your child's name or date of birth.

• Your consent to be contacted by email

• The order in which you joined, so we can confirm your founding tier and offers

When you contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address and message.

When you visit our website, we may collect information about how it's used, such as pages visited and device type, through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Once we open for bookings, we will update this policy to cover the information we need to take bookings and payments, such as booking details and waiver information.

We only send marketing emails if you've opted in. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and this won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

• Waitlist details: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after we open if you haven't booked, whichever is sooner.

• Messages: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then up to 12 months.

We take sensible steps to keep your information safe, including using reputable providers and limiting who can access it. No online system is completely secure, but we take care with what we hold.

Children's information

Our website is for parents and carers. We collect only a child's age band, not their name, date of birth or photo.
